From the B660 Kimbolton–Bedford road, turn off at the signpost towards Colmworth Golf Course and Colmworth. At the T junction (next to the Cornfields Restaurant) turn left towards Colmworth. Follow the road for approximately 0.75 miles and turn left on to School Lane (next to Puddleducks Nursery). Tythe Farm Business Park is at the top of School Lane and is signposted from the start of School Lane.
